Position: General Manager

As a General Manager, you are responsible for "Making Pleasurable Dining Affordable" by ensuring our operational standards are communicated, trained, and maintained in the restaurant. You will oversee restaurant financial results, guest service, food quality, and provide opportunities for your management and team members to succeed.

Requirements

• Strong, stable work history with management experience in a high-volume, casual dining or family-style restaurant.
• Education and training typically associated with college coursework in business or hospitality.
• Successful completion of Golden Corral's comprehensive management training program.
• Valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.
