JOB REQUIREMENTS: The Restaurant Manager provides strong, positive leadership to ensure exceptional guest experience, operational excellence, and profitable top-line sales. They oversee all aspects of the restaurant's operations in alignment with Dunkin' standards, franchisee policies, and applicable laws.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Perform all duties of Restaurant Team Members
  2. Recruit, hire, train, and supervise all restaurant team members, including Shift Leaders, Bakers, and support staff
  3. Foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork, providing coaching, and resolving conflicts
  4. Implement and oversee training programs to enhance team performance
  5. Lead by example, demonstrating professionalism, a strong work ethic, and adherence to company values
  6. Oversee daily operations, including opening/closing, cash management, inventory control, and adherence to brand standards
  7. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
  8. Build and maintain a guest-focused culture, reviewing feedback and implementing action plans for improvement
  9. Develop strategies to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance productivity
  10. Deliver outstanding customer service and address guest concerns effectively
  11. Manage food and labor costs, inventory levels, and waste to maximize profitability
  12. Engage with the local community and explore partnership opportunities
  13. Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify business opportunities
  14. Communicate priorities, goals, and performance results to the team
  15. Oversee new product rollouts, marketing initiatives, and in-store promotions
  16. Manage vendor orders to ensure sufficient stock of all products
  17. Conduct self-assessments and implement corrective action plans for food safety and brand compliance
  18. Ensure the restaurant meets budget expectations set by the franchisee
