To ensure the orderly and efficient functioning of the assigned restaurant by adhering to the philosophy of quality, service, cleanliness, and hospitality (CHAMPS) and the Taco Bell (LAST) system.
Job Specifications
General Responsibilities
Job Training: Usually, one to two years to gain job knowledge. Performed under general supervision, involving continuous customer and employee contact.
Decision-Making Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including hiring, counseling, training employees, and ensuring policy and safety adherence.
Working Conditions: Work area temperature may be extreme; noise levels may be high at times.
Consequence of Errors: Dissatisfied customers and employees, loss of revenue.
