General Responsibilities
Job Training: Typically, one to two years required to gain job knowledge. Performed under general supervision. Position involves continuous customer and employee contact.
Decision-Making Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of restaurant operations; hire, counsel, and train employees; ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and safety programs.
Working Conditions: Work area temperature may be extreme; noise levels may be high at times.
Consequence of Errors: Dissatisfied customers and employees, loss of revenue.
