Job summary

The Inn at Rancho Santa Fe in California seeks a Restaurant General Manager to orchestrate all operations of our stand-alone bar or restaurant. You’ll lead the team, uphold exceptional guest service, manage budgets, and drive safety and quality in every bite and beverage.

The Restaurant General Manager is the mastermind behind the magic! You'll be in charge of planning and orchestrating all the delicious action in our stand-alone bar or restaurant, making sure every detail runs smoothly. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 8-10 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience; must meet all licensing and certification requirements.
• Minimum age requirement: 21 years old.
• Deep understanding of industry practices, strong organizational and multi-tasking skills, and proven time management abilities for self and team.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding guest service and contribute to business success through enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Effective in planning, problem-solving, and managing complex responsibilities with excellent communication skills.
