Job summary

Goodwin Recruiting is seeking a General Manager for a fast-growing restaurant group in the Souderton area. You will create a welcoming environment for employees and guests, lead a customer-focused hospitality culture, and drive growth through team development and strong operations.

The role requires 3+ years of GM experience, a current Serv Safe certification, and solid experience with P&L, budgeting, and cost controls.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a General Manager.
• Current Serv Safe Certification is required.
• Expert knowledge of Profit and Loss statements.
• Experience creating and managing budgets.
