A leading restaurant franchise in Pendleton, Oregon is seeking a General Manager to oversee operations and lead a team. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of operations experience in high volume QSR or fast casual settings. Responsibilities include training and developing staff, maximizing store sales, and ensuring food safety standards. Qualifications

• Minimum 3-4 years of operations experience, preferably in high volume QSR or fast casual concepts.
• Flexibility to work 50-55 hours per week, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid Driver's License in good standing and access to private transportation required.
