A franchise of a popular fast-food chain in Spokane, Washington, is seeking a General Manager to oversee all operations. This role includes training and developing staff, maximizing sales, and ensuring compliance with safety procedures. The ideal candidate should have 3-4 years of operations experience, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to customer satisfaction. Qualifications

• Minimum 3-4 years of operations experience in high volume QSR or fast casual concepts.
• Valid driver's license in good standing and access to private transportation required.
• Ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced environment.

The General Manager is responsible for management of the entire restaurant's operations, which include (but not limited to):

Minimum Qualifications (include, but not limited to):

• HS Diploma or equivalent & possess all documents required by state and federal law.
• Minimum 3-4 operations experience required (preferred in high volume QSR &/or fast casual concepts)
• Flexibility to work 50-55 hours per week, rotating shifts, incl weekends and holidays
• Valid DL in good standing & access to private trans required
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage your own team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Working knowledge of cost of goods sales
• Excellent problem solving and decision making skills, results oriented and customer focused
