Job summary

A franchise company in Moscow, Idaho is looking for a General Manager to lead and develop a strong team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating an excellent work environment, ensuring food safety, and maximizing profitability. Ideal candidates will possess strong leadership and problem-solving skills along with a customer-focused mindset. This role requires operational experience in a high-volume quick-service restaurant environment and offers competitive benefits, including monthly bonuses and comprehensive training.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of operations experience required, preferably in high-volume QSR or fast casual.
• Flexibility to work 50-55 hours per week, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver's license in good standing required.
• Valid driver's license in good standing and access to private transportation.
• Proven ability to lead and manage your own team in a fast-paced environment.
• Working knowledge of cost of goods sold.

• Minimum 3-4 operations experience required (preferred in high volume QSR &/or fast casual concepts)
• Flexibility to work 50-55 hours per week, rotating shifts, incl weekends and holidays
• Valid DL in good standing & access to private trans required
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage your own team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Working knowledge of cost of goods sales
