Job summary

A leading franchise of a fast-food chain in the United States is seeking a General Manager to oversee operations and staff training. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer focus and a background in high-volume settings. Qualifications

• Minimum 3-4 years of operations experience, preferably in high volume QSR or fast casual.
• Flexibility to work 50-55 hours per week, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver's license in good standing required.
• Valid driver's license in good standing and access to private transportation.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Working knowledge of cost of goods sold.

Responsibilities

• Valid DL in good standing & access to private trans required
