Job summary

Hoogland Restaurant Group, the largest Marco’s Pizza franchise owner in the US, is seeking an energetic manager to lead a team, uphold guest satisfaction, and drive performance at a busy North Carolina location.

As a restaurant leader, you will recruit, train, schedule, monitor KPIs, and ensure food safety while maintaining a fast, friendly service standard. Competitive pay, benefits, and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• 3 years of leadership experience required.
• 1 year of restaurant experience preferred.
• Ability to lead up to 20 team members.
• Willing to work ~50 hours per week, including some Saturdays and Sundays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop people to ensure outstanding product quality and customer service.
• Demonstrate Marco's leadership behaviors and values.

• Source and interview store employees to embrace our values and customer satisfaction.
• Train team on processes, customer service, and updated policies.
• Ensure HR tasks including scheduling, payroll, benefits, and performance reviews.
• Plan leadership team meetings with Assistant Manager, Shift Leads, and Manager in Training.
• Maintain standards for product quality, service speed, cleanliness and sanitation.
• Ensure inventory par levels and the ordering system; complete inventories.
• Create store action plans including marketing to improve the business.
• Monitor weekly KPIs and develop plans to achieve goals.
• Maintain store exterior and overall property condition.
• Ensure proper security and verification procedures for deposits and safe contents.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all aspects of human resources are followed including scheduling, payroll, benefits, performance reviews and reporting to the home office as requested.
• Plan and coordinate leadership team meetings with Assistant Manager, Shift Leads, and Manager in Training.
• Maintain standards for product quality, service speed, cleanliness and sanitation.
• Ensure appropriate inventory par levels and the ordering system are in place; complete weekly and end-of-period inventories.
• Complete inventory reporting and ensure par levels are met and the ordering system is in place.
• Create store Action Plans including marketing to continuously improve the business.
• Monitor weekly KPIs and develop plans to achieve goals.
• Maintain the store exterior and overall property condition.
• Ensure proper security and verification procedures when handling deposits and the contents of the safe.

Requirements

• 3 years of leadership experience, required
• 1 year of restaurant experience, preferred
• Ability to lead up to 20 team members
• Willing to work about 50 hours per week including some Saturdays and Sundays
