Job summary

KFC is seeking a Restaurant General Manager in Mason City, IA to lead one of the world’s largest brands with a hands-on, guest‑centric approach. You’ll own restaurant success metrics, drive financial results, and build a welcoming, clean, and high‑quality dining experience for guests.

You will mentor a growing team, execute local marketing and community initiatives, and partner with Area Leaders to move the business forward. A dynamic, fast‑paced environment awaits a dedicated leader.

Responsibilities

• Ownership of your restaurant’s success metrics and lead restaurant team to reach goals
• Meeting restaurant financial and strategic objectives, establishing and monitoring financial control, initiating corrective actions, and establishing community relationships
• Lead the guest experiences in your restaurant that includes friendly interactions, a clean restaurant and fresh meals
• Attracting customers through execution of marketing strategies, community programs, identifying and tracking changing demands, and evaluating strategy results
• Grow and mentor your KFC family through training, development and onboarding new team members
• Lead communications of your team’s goals, upcoming promotions, business updates, etc
• Inspire the overall positive and collaborative family environment
• Partner with other Restaurant General Managers and Area Leaders to grow and move the business forward
