Job summary

KFC is seeking an Assistant Manager in the United States to help grow leadership skills, guide the restaurant team, and ensure smooth daily operations. You will partner with the General Manager on metrics and own the guest experience with a clean, friendly environment.

You will mentor new hires through training and onboarding to uphold KFC’s values and deliver moments that matter to guests. This role offers on-site work and opportunities for advancement.

• Experience leading a restaurant team and managing guest experience.
• Ability to train and hire team members.
• Strong communication of goals and updates.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Restaurant General Manager on success metrics and lead restaurant team to reach goals.
