The Restaurant General Manager (RGM) ensures compliance with company standards across all operational areas, including product preparation and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance, inventory management, team management, recruitment, retention, and financial accountability. The RGM's goal is to deliver the highest quality products and services to each customer.
This role requires standing, walking, talking, hearing, tasting, and smelling regularly. Handling, feeling, reaching, sitting, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling may be necessary. Occasionally, lifting/moving up to 50 pounds is required. Vision abilities include peripheral vision and focus adjustment. Exposure to cooking fumes and moderate noise levels are typical.
