Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Work a 50+ hour week, including nights, weekends, and some holidays.
  • Develop and maintain positive public relations through community engagement.
  • Coordinate with vendors for supplies and equipment repairs.
  • Communicate with Home Office regarding policies and procedures.
  • Maintain staffing levels through effective planning, ensuring compliance with labor laws.
  • Supervise staff to ensure excellent customer service, product quality, equipment maintenance, sanitation, and cleanliness.
  • Provide on-the-job training using company tools.
  • Implement financial controls and manage company funds responsibly.
  • Order supplies and maintain inventory accountability.
  • Handle customer complaints tactfully to maintain satisfaction.
  • Evaluate employee performance and recognize achievements.
  • Project future sales and expenses to set realistic profit goals.
  • Make sound managerial decisions regarding employee relations and personnel actions.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required by law and policy.
  • Train and develop Assistant Managers and Trainees for growth.
  • Ensure a safe work environment for all employees and customers.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
