Responsibilities of the Restaurant General Manager include:

1. Working a 50+ hour week, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
2. Building relationships with the community and public relations.
3. Managing supplies, equipment repairs, and communication with vendors and corporate staff.
4. Staffing, training, and supervising employees to ensure quality service and restaurant standards.
5. Implementing financial controls, managing budgets, and ensuring accountability.
6. Handling customer complaints and recognizing employee performance.
7. Planning sales and expense projections and making sound managerial decisions.
8. Maintaining a safe work environment and other duties as assigned.
