A Day in the Life
  • Control profitability through cash control, inventory management, labor oversight, and financial review.
  • Recruit, interview, and hire staff including Team Members and Shift Managers.
  • Coach and train employees to operational excellence.
  • Conduct bi-weekly inventory counts.
  • Ensure cleanliness and guest satisfaction with friendly service and quality products.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year as General Manager in food service or retail, with P&L responsibility, preferably in QSR.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, and operate restaurant equipment safely.

Compensation varies based on skills, experience, and location. Starting ranges include:

  • Maryland: $53,000 - $58,000
  • New York: $55,000 - $60,000
  • New York City: $65,000 - $70,000
  • Cincinnati, OH: $54,000 - $58,000
