Pasta Evangelists is seeking an exceptional individual to manage our new Greenwich fresh pasta restaurant. This role involves not only serving the freshest pasta but also opening one of the most exciting locations in town.

Imagine having your own chefs preparing fresh pasta in the window, with lively Italian music, the aroma of ragù, in-house pasta making classes, delivery staff on stylish terracotta Vespas, and a complimentary wine machine for guests.

As General Manager, you will be responsible for creating an outstanding experience at Pasta Evangelists Greenwich. What you'll do at Pasta Evangelists:

• Lead the new Greenwich restaurant, ensuring an exceptional customer experience from opening day.
• Represent the brand locally, providing excellent service and promoting the finest fresh pasta.
• Create, lead, and motivate a passionate team committed to delivering memorable experiences.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to organize special events like Italian lessons, wine evenings, and pasta classes for children.
• Foster a positive work environment where team members can thrive and feel valued.
• Maintain high standards of safety and quality, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
• Manage reports, regulations, and standards related to Food Safety and Health & Safety.
• Develop plans to meet business KPIs, achieve sales targets, and control costs effectively.
• Drive customer satisfaction and sales through continuous innovation and improvement.
