Burger King Store #12003 - 2229 Bessemer Road, Birmingham, AL 35208, USA is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead a 20–45 person team, own the profits, and deliver guest service excellence. You’ll manage operations, staffing, and local marketing initiatives, with support from a District Manager and a growing brand.

You must be at least 18, have a High School Diploma or GED, 1–2 years of restaurant management, strong P&L skills, and proven leadership.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED required; 2 years of college preferred.
• 1–2 years of restaurant management experience.
• Strong grasp of P&L management and profitability drivers.
• Proven leadership, coaching, and organizational skills.
• Commitment to guest service excellence.
• Available for evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts as needed.
