Jack Brown's Beer & Burger Joint, a well-established restaurant in downtown Atlanta, known for its quality food, diverse beer selection, and friendly atmosphere, is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead our team in Virginia Highlands, Atlanta, GA.

The primary role involves overseeing daily operations, maintaining high customer service standards, and ensuring the restaurant's ongoing success. You will lead front-of-house and kitchen teams, demonstrating leadership and communication skills, while using your business acumen to enhance profitability and growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage and motivate staff, including hiring, training, and evaluations
• Develop strategies to meet sales and financial goals
• Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and resolve issues promptly
• Oversee inventory, supplies, and resource management
• Enforce health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean environment
• Analyze financial reports to improve operations and reduce costs
• Coordinate with marketing to promote the restaurant and increase patronage
