Summary

A Restaurant Manager is responsible for providing strong, positive leadership to their team to deliver great guest experiences, operational excellence, and build profitable sales of a single restaurant. They oversee the restaurant's operations according to brand standards, Indus policies, and applicable laws.

Responsibilities
  1. Perform all responsibilities of restaurant team members
  2. Deliver training to restaurant team members
  3. Ensure brand standards, recipes, and systems are executed
  4. Create and maintain a guest-focused culture
  5. Review guest feedback and implement improvement plans
  6. Communicate restaurant priorities and results to team members
  7. Execute new product rollouts including training and sampling
  8. Maintain safety, food safety, and sanitation standards in compliance with laws
  9. Control costs to maximize profitability
  10. Conduct periodic inventory
  11. Prepare weekly labor schedules
  12. Order supplies and manage vendor relationships
  13. Conduct self-assessments and implement action plans
  14. Maintain confidentiality and compliance with privacy regulations
  15. Ensure the restaurant meets budget goals
  16. Manage cash handling and deposits
  17. Engage with the Brands Field Operations team
  18. Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop team members
  19. Monitor and review employee performance
  20. Coach staff to drive sales and improve guest satisfaction
