Summary

A Restaurant Manager is responsible for providing strong, positive leadership to their team to deliver excellent guest experiences, operational excellence, and build profitable topline sales of a single restaurant. They oversee the overall operation of the restaurant, ensuring compliance with brand standards, Indus policies, procedures, and all applicable laws.

Responsibilities

• Perform all responsibilities of restaurant team members
• Deliver training to restaurant team members
• Ensure execution of Brand standards, recipes, and systems
• Create and maintain a guest-focused culture
• Review guest feedback and implement improvement plans
• Communicate restaurant priorities, goals, and results
• Execute new product rollouts including training and sampling
• Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy environment following safety, food safety, and sanitation requirements
• Control costs to maximize profitability
• Conduct periodic inventory
• Prepare weekly labor schedules
• Manage supplier and vendor orders
• Conduct self-assessments and develop action plans
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with privacy policies
• Ensure restaurant budget adherence
• Manage cash over/short and cash deposits
• Engage with the Brands Field Operations team
• Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop team members
• Monitor and review employee performance
• Coach team members to drive sales and improve guest satisfaction

Qualifications
