Job summary

Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic Restaurant Supervisor to join our team in Myrtle Beach, SC. The role emphasizes delivering exceptional hospitality, coaching staff, and maintaining service standards in a fast-paced environment.

Applicants should have high school completion and at least two years of restaurant/bar leadership experience; bartending certification and alcohol awareness are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of High School education.
• Minimum of two (2) years in restaurant/bar experience leading shifts without supervision.
• Certification in bartending preferred.
• Alcohol awareness certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises, trains, monitors and coaches restaurant staff
• Directs and assigns restaurant employees as needed to ensure all aspects of service meet operational standards
• Performs restaurant opening and/or closing duties
• Reinforces a customer service mentality and ensures all employees are focused on serving the customer at all times
• Immediately and respectfully resolves guest requests
• Perform various other duties as assigned
