Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic Restaurant Supervisor in Carmel-by-the-Sea, CA to lead restaurant staff and uphold service standards. The role emphasizes hospitality, teamwork, and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced dining environment.

Ideal candidates will have a two-year lead-shift background, knowledge of alcohol service, and a commitment to excellent guest experiences. Full-time hours with diverse benefits are offered in a supportive team setting.

Formación

• High school diploma required.
• Two years of restaurant/bar experience leading shifts without supervision.
• Bartending certification preferred.
• Alcohol awareness certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Supervises, trains, monitors and coaches restaurant staff.
• Directs and assigns restaurant employees to meet service standards.
• Performs restaurant opening and/or closing duties.
• Reinforces a customer service mentality and ensures staff focus on guests.
• Resolves guest requests promptly and professionally.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
