Job summary

Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic, service-oriented Restaurant Supervisor to join our team in Carmel-By-The-Sea, CA. This role supervises staff, conducts opening/closing duties, and maintains a guest-centric service standard.

Qualifications

• Minimum of High School education.
• Minimum of two (2) years in restaurant/bar experience leading shifts without supervision.
• Bartending certification preferred.
• Alcohol awareness certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises, trains, monitors and coaches restaurant staff.
• Directs and assigns restaurant employees as needed to ensure all aspects of service meet operational standards.
• Performs restaurant opening and/or closing duties.
• Reinforces a customer service mentality and ensures all employees are focused on serving the customer at all times.
• Immediately and respectfully resolves guest requests.
• Perform various other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of High School education

• Certification in bartending preferred
