Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant Floor Manager at Serendipity 3 in New York, NY. The Floor Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, providing excellent customer service, managing communication among staff, and monitoring food & beverage operations on a daily basis.

Qualifications

• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
• Experience in staff management
• Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus
