McDonald’s Corporation is seeking a Field Operations Consultant in the Denver area to conduct objective restaurant evaluations and support operations excellence across brand standards. The role analyzes customer experience and operational performance to drive improvements.

You will train and certify in assigned areas, provide expert coaching to Franchisees and Operators, and collaborate to develop a comprehensive restaurant consulting toolkit that supports key initiatives like Delivery and

Qualifications

• Accurate, consistent evaluator relying on measurable facts and observations.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to keep reports and evaluations organized.
• Effective time management to meet a demanding evaluation and travel schedule.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct objective evaluations (Running Great Restaurants Visits, Food Safety Visits, Operations Excellence Assessments, Health & Safety Visits, National Restaurant Building and Equipment Standards) to analyze performance.
• Identify issues that may pose risks to customer experience and brand perceptions.
• Support operational excellence by flagging restaurants not meeting QSC and safety standards.
• Develop a holistic restaurant operations skill set through training and certification in assigned area.
• Provide coaching and root-cause analysis to Franchisees and operators as requested.
• Support restaurants on initiatives like Delivery, Drive-Thru, Digital, etc.
