Job summary

Qualifications

• Basic mechanical and maintenance skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot minor repairs and complete routine preventative maintenance tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety standards.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively; physical ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Maintain interior and exterior restaurant areas including dining room, restrooms, kitchen, storage areas, parking lot, sidewalks, and landscaping.
• Perform routine cleaning of floors, walls, windows, light fixtures, and ceiling tiles; ensure restrooms are stocked and functioning.
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on kitchen equipment including grills, fryers, HVAC, refrigeration, and beverage machines; report issues promptly.
• Follow safety guidelines for cleaning chemicals, ladder safety, lockout procedures, and PPE; ensure compliance with health regulations.
• Support restaurant management with special projects, deliveries, and other operational needs; ensure equipment is clean and ready for peak hours.
