Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Maintain interior and exterior of restaurant including dining room, restrooms, kitchen, storage, parking lot and landscaping.
• Perform routine cleaning of floors, walls, windows, light fixtures and ceiling tiles.
• Ensure restrooms are stocked, clean and in working order at all times.
• Carry out preventative maintenance on kitchen equipment and report issues promptly.
• Assist operations with special projects and ensure equipment is clean and ready for peak periods.
