McDonald’s is hiring a Maintenance Person to support both interior and exterior upkeep of a franchise restaurant. You will assist in keeping the facility clean, safe, and functional by maintaining equipment and working with the maintenance team to follow standards.

The role includes daily fryer oil filtering, grounds upkeep, trash handling, light bulb replacement, and HVAC cleaning. This position emphasizes safety, reliability, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance and general upkeep of restaurant facilities.
• Attention to safety procedures and cleanliness standards.
• Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness and maintain equipment.
• Filter oil fryers daily and keep work areas tidy.
• Unload delivery truck twice a week and manage trash.
• Replace light bulbs and clean HVAC/Exhaust units.
• Support maintenance team with daily tasks and safety compliance.
