Job summary

Responsibilities

• Maintain interior and exterior restaurant areas, including dining room, restrooms, and grounds.
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on kitchen equipment and building systems.
• Follow safety guidelines and ensure compliance with health regulations and company policies.
• Monitor parking lot and exterior lighting, and assist with grounds upkeep and snow/ice removal when needed.
• Assist management with special projects and operational tasks to support peak business periods.
