Responsibilities
- Maintain the interior and exterior of the restaurant, including dining room, restrooms, kitchen, storage areas, parking lot, sidewalks, and landscaping.
- Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on kitchen equipment, grills, fryers, HVAC systems, refrigeration units, and beverage machines.
- Follow safety guidelines and procedures, including cleaning chemicals, lockout procedures, ladder safety, and PPE.
- Maintain parking lot cleanliness and manage snow/ice removal; monitor exterior lighting and signage.
- Assist restaurant management with special projects, deliveries, and other operational needs; ensure equipment is clean and functional.
