Job description

Pack Brothers Hospitality, LLC is seeking an experienced, hands‑on Facilities Manager to oversee the maintenance and repair of our five hospitality properties. This is an excellent opportunity for a self‑motivated professional who takes pride in maintaining first‑class facilities and enjoys solving problems independently.

Position Summary

The Facilities Manager is responsible for the overall maintenance, repair, and appearance of multiple hospitality properties, ensuring our restaurants, hotels, marinas, and related facilities remain safe, functional, and guest‑ready at all times. This position requires a well‑rounded maintenance professional with strong troubleshooting abilities, excellent craftsmanship, and the flexibility to respond to occasional after‑hours maintenance needs.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee maintenance operations for five hospitality properties.
  • Perform general carpentry, building repairs, and preventative maintenance.
  • Diagnose and repair plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and building systems.
  • Coordinate and prioritize maintenance requests across all properties.
  • Perform routine inspections to identify maintenance needs before they become major issues.
  • Maintain equipment, tools, and maintenance inventory.
  • Coordinate with outside contractors and vendors as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and applicable building codes.
  • Assist with renovation and improvement projects.
  • Maintain a professional appearance of all facilities and grounds.
Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in general carpentry and commercial building maintenance.
  • Advanced maintenance and troubleshooting skills across multiple trades.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
  • Excellent problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with HVAC systems.
  • Refrigeration repair and maintenance experience.
  • Hospitality, hotel, restaurant, or commercial property maintenance experience is highly desirable.
Schedule
  • Full‑time position.
  • Primarily weekday hours.
  • Occasional evenings, weekends, and after‑hours emergency response may be required.
