Job summary

Martin's Restaurant Systems, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to care for restaurant facilities and corporate office spaces.

The role focuses on maintaining commercial equipment and building systems across multiple locations, with responsibilities spanning repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance. This non-exempt position requires experience with facility maintenance and a strong service attitude, with on-call weekend rotation and company-provided vehicle benefits.

Qualifications

Must have facility maintenance experience including building repairs, ceilings, flooring, grounds, etc.
High school graduate or GED preferred; technical training and related subject also acceptable.

Responsibilities

Repair and maintain restaurant commercial equipment.
Manage facility repair and maintenance workflow in Service Channel.
Complete facility repairs at corporate office and restaurant locations in a timely manner.
Inspect locations for building repair needs and hazards.
Create, manage, and respond to facility work orders.
Perform regular inspections to identify and repair problems.
Repair flooring, ceilings, painting, drywall, and general building repairs.
Carry out plumbing, electrical, and mechanical repairs as assigned.
