Job summary

The Lookout in Memphis, TN seeks a Food Expeditor (Expo) to coordinate kitchen-to-table flow and ensure orders are accurate and timely. You will communicate with kitchen and serving staff, inspect plates for quality, assist with station organization, and help maintain a fast-paced, guest-focused dining room.

Prior expo or bar experience is preferred and physical stamina is a must. This is a hands-on role in a high-volume venue, offering a friendly team environment and opportunities to develop

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or food service preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs and stand long hours.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and expedite orders from kitchen to dining room.
• Inspect plates for presentation, temperature, and accuracy.
• Maintain clear communication between kitchen and servers.
• Keep expo station organized and stocked with supplies.
• Assist with front- and back-of-house tasks as needed.
