Sky Restaurant Concepts is seeking a part-time Restaurant Expeditor (Expo) for Sparrow Trailhead in Peoria, AZ. This on-site role connects kitchen and dining room, tracks tickets, and ensures accurate, well-presented meals at the right time during busy service.

You'll oversee plates, coordinate with cooks and servers, and communicate allergy instructions clearly. Evening shifts and weekend coverage are required, with health benefits after 90 days of employment.

• Ability to stand and move throughout service, handle hot plates, and carry food safely.
• Availability for scheduled evening shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Track active tickets and coordinate course timing with cooks and servers, clearly communicating what is needed to complete each table.
• Check every plate for correct item, preparation, modifications, garnish, presentation and temperature before releasing it.
• Confirm allergy instructions with the chef and communicate them clearly during handoff; never guess about ingredients or substitutions.
• Anticipate completed orders, prepare runners for pickup, and move food promptly while protecting quality.
• Give runners accurate table numbers and special instructions, coordinating delivery so each course arrives together when possible.
• Deliver the final plates to tables when the expo station is ready and service allows.
• Monitor delays, missing items, recooks, and low item counts; notify the server and manager promptly until resolved.
• Keep the pass clean, stocked, and organized, prioritizing active service over side work.
• Complete opening/closing checks and ensure equipment, supplies, and stock are prepared.
