Talking Stick Golf Club is seeking a detail-oriented Food Expeditor for its Food & Beverage department in Scottsdale, AZ. This seasonal evening/weekend/holiday role acts as the link between kitchen and servers, ensuring orders are complete, well-presented, and delivered efficiently.

Ideal candidates have kitchen experience, strong multitasking and communication skills, and the ability to maintain high standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a restaurant or kitchen is preferred.
• Strong multitasking and clear communication are essential.
• Ability to work quickly and stay calm under pressure.
• Excellent attention to detail and organization.
• Ability to stand for long periods in a high-volume setting.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Serve as communication bridge between kitchen staff and servers.
• Ensure all orders are complete, accurate, and meet presentation standards.
• Organize plates by table and course to maintain correct order flow.
• Communicate with line cooks and servers to keep service efficient.
• Monitor ticket times and help prioritize during busy periods.
• Assist with garnishing and finishing touches as directed by the chef.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of expo window and pass-through areas.
• Alert teams to delays or special requests.
• Assist with running food to tables as needed.
