Job summary

SONIC Restaurant Experience Assistant Manager (Planning) supports operations by testing tools, implementing improvements, and aiding the field team. You’ll work cross-functionally with internal teams and vendors to roll out product and process changes that boost guest experience.

You’ll develop KPI dashboards and insights to evaluate digital engagement and operational effectiveness, while maintaining strong franchise relations and timely communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 2+ years of restaurant operations or related experience.
• Strong problem-solving and data-analysis skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams and vendors.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Test, implement, and evaluate new operational tools to meet standards.
