Job summary

SONIC Restaurant Experience Assistant Manager (Planning) supports operations by testing tools, implementing improvements, and aiding the field team. You’ll work cross-functionally with internal teams and vendors to roll out product and process changes that boost guest experience.

Job SummaryThe Restaurant Experience Assistant Manager (Planning) plays a crucial role in supporting the system with operational tools to maximize guest experience. This will include direct franchisee communications with hierarchies, testing, implementing, and supporting Operational Assessments and Check for Executions, supporting the field team with questions and issues, and work cross-functionally with internal teams and external vendors to support product and process rollouts. Your work will help drive efficiency, enhance the guest experience, and improve overall operational performance.RESPONSIBILITIESTesting, Implementation & Evaluation: Assist in testing new operational tools and forms to ensure they meet operational standards and improve overall restaurant performance.Field Support: Provide ongoing support to field operations teams by answering questions, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring equipment and smallware usage aligns with operational goals.Franchisee Hierarchies & Communications: Assist system with communications relating to operational tools. Assist franchisees with changes to hierarchies and other franchise relations issues related to operational and guest experience tools.Guest Experience Strategies & Insights: Develop reports and dashboards with KPIs. Assess effectiveness of digital customer engagement directly related to SONIC Restaurant Experience initiatives.
