SONIC Drive-In is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in running daily restaurant operations, ensuring quality food, cleanliness, safety, and efficiency for a great guest experience. Lead and train staff, manage shift performance, and uphold SONIC standards across appearances and procedures.

The role requires strong leadership, clear communication, and a willingness to work irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, within a franchise setting under D.L.

Qualifications

• Minimum of six months restaurant management experience (QSR) or one year entry level retail management experience required.
• Ability to work irregular hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Effective communication, basic math and reading skills.
• Ability to follow directions and work with autonomy once given; capable of multi-tasking and solving problems.
• Adherence to SONIC appearance, uniform and hygiene standards.
