Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure the efficient flow of orders from waiters to the kitchen.
• Assist in the final preparation of dishes and inspect plates for garnishes and cleanliness.
• Direct kitchen staff on orders or communicate with waitstaff about delivery locations.
• Deliver orders as needed to maintain fast service.
• Complete daily/weekly cleaning and maintenance of equipment; maintain sanitation standards.
• Keep cooking line clean, sanitary and safe.
• Treat guests to ensure complete satisfaction and strive to exceed expectations.
• Perform other duties as directed.
• Attend the Aloha Culture Meeting weekly.
