Job summary

City of Arlington is seeking a Food and Beverage Operations Supervisor to oversee the golf club restaurant and assist with daily food and beverage prep, presentation and cleanup. The role includes budgeting, menu development and staff leadership to deliver high-quality service for events and daily operations.

Under general supervision, you will coordinate and monitor food preparation, oversee inventory and costs, and ensure safety and sanitation standards are met for patrons and staff alike.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising restaurant operations.

Responsibilities
