Job summary

Infuse Hospitality seeks an Assistant General Manager for the San Francisco Design Center location to oversee restaurant, beverage, catering, and event operations. The role emphasizes strong leadership, financial acumen, and hands-on execution to deliver premier service.

This position partners with culinary leadership and event teams to translate business goals into measurable results while maintaining high hospitality standards and staff development across restaurant and events.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of hospitality management or supervisory experience.
• Proven ability to lead frontline teams and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of labor scheduling, inventory management, purchasing, and cost controls.
• Experience interpreting sales and labor reports and implementing corrective actions.
• Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and client-service skills.
• Proficiency with POS, scheduling, inventory, and reporting systems; Toast and TripleSeat experience preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and events.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant, bar, and beverage operations to ensure exceptional service and quality.
• Maintain service standards, procedures, cleanliness, and guest readiness across all areas.
• Adjust staffing and priorities to match demand and business needs.
• Collaborate with culinary leadership to ensure menu execution and inventory availability.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and escalate issues when needed.
• Support planning and execution of catering orders and events with smooth service.
• Coordinate event logistics, staffing, timelines, and post-event follow-up.
• Review sales and labor reports to identify trends and actionable improvements.
• Contribute to cost controls and period-end reporting.
