Job summary

Carrols Corporation is seeking an Equipment Service Technician to maintain the physical integrity of our Burger King restaurants by performing preventative maintenance and responding to maintenance needs across a group of locations. The role reports to the District Manager and focuses on timely repairs, budgeting for R&M, and scheduling work to minimize impact on service.

The candidate should have general electrical/plumbing/carpentry knowledge, mechanical know-how, and may have food service

Qualifications

• General electrical, plumbing, carpentry knowledge is necessary.
• General mechanical knowledge required.
• Food Service Equipment Repair experience is a plus.
• Certification in HVAC repair is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and complete needed repairs as they occur in a timely fashion.
• Work with the R&M Budget to implement preventive maintenance procedures as defined by company representatives.
• Develop a work schedule to minimize the impact on customer service and restaurant operations.
