Job summary

Wendy's is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform maintenance and repairs across restaurant equipment and systems. The role requires independence, organization, and hands-on experience with electrical, plumbing, heating, HVAC and related building repairs.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in restaurant equipment repairs, can read manuals and schematics, and holds a high school diploma or equivalent, with EPA/CFESA training preferred. A valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in restaurant equipment repairs.
• Ability to repair a wide range of restaurant equipment (fryers, grills, walk-in freezers, ice machines, ovens).
• Ability to read and interpret manuals, schematics, plans and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and complete needed equipment repairs promptly.
• Repair and perform preventative maintenance and replacements on restaurant equipment and systems.
• Respond to emergency service calls for repair.
• Develop a work schedule to minimize impact on customer service and operations.
• Inspect and diagnose malfunctions in restaurant equipment.
