Job summary

CKE Restaurants is hiring a Combo Tech I to perform preventive maintenance and repairs on kitchen equipment across multiple Anaheim locations. You will diagnose issues, perform minor carpentry, and support safety of HVAC/R, electrical, and plumbing systems under supervision.

The role requires 6 months to 3 years of maintenance experience, EPA Type II certification, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work on-call including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• HVAC/R and electrical maintenance knowledge plus safety awareness.
• EPA Freon handling Type II certification required.
• Experience with restaurant equipment and building systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedules repairs and follows preventive maintenance on kitchen and HVAC equipment.
• Troubleshoots issues remotely when possible and performs on-site repairs.
• Performs minor carpentry, patching walls, and basic plumbing as needed.
• Operates standard maintenance tools and documents activities clearly.
• Maintains spare parts inventory and responds to service orders promptly.
• Works on-call nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
