Job summary

CKE Restaurants Holdings, Inc. seeks a Combo Tech I to support preventive maintenance programs and repair services for commercial cooking, refrigeration, beverage, and kitchen equipment across multiple restaurant locations.

Qualifications

Approximately six months to three years of experience in HVAC/R, electrical, and facilities maintenance (preferred in food/restaurant industry).
College-level courses in air conditioning/refrigeration, electrical and electronics preferred.

Responsibilities

Schedule repairs and follow preventative maintenance on restaurant equipment, refrigeration, POS and building systems including HVAC and electrical.
Troubleshoot remotely when possible to resolve minor equipment issues.
Perform minor repairs to facilities (carpentry, patching walls, tile, doors, painting) with minimal supervision.
Operate maintenance tools safely and effectively.
Document repairs, report faulty equipment, and manage work orders and invoicing.
Maintain spare parts inventory in company vehicle and restock/order parts as needed.
Assist restaurant staff on safety techniques for operating equipment.
