Job summary

Café Zupas is seeking a District Manager to lead our restaurant teams across multiple locations in Wisconsin. You will partner with restaurant leaders to drive sales, labor management, and food cost while fostering a culture of positivity and gratitude.

The role requires 2-5 years of multi-unit leadership, a track record of mentoring staff, and the ability to set and execute direction in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of multi-unit leadership experience.
• Strong leadership skills and experience mentoring a team.
• Proven track record of developing people and growing sales as a multi-unit leader.

Responsibilities

• Work side by side with restaurant leaders in your assigned area.
• Spend 2-3 days at a time in a restaurant providing direction and feedback for leadership team.
• Support all assigned restaurant leaders in hitting targets for sales, labor, and food cost.
• Cultivate a culture of positivity and gratitude within the team.
• Build a bench of future leaders.
• Ensure proper staffing levels for all assigned restaurants.
