Job summary

Cafe Zupas is hiring a District Manager to oversee multiple restaurants in the region. You will work alongside restaurant leaders, visiting locations 2–3 days at a time to guide leadership teams and ensure targets for sales, labor, and food cost are met.

The role emphasizes building a positive culture, developing future leaders, and coordinating staffing with Talent Mentors across all assigned restaurants. A fast-paced, energetic environment awaits with opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of multi-unit leadership experience.
• Available to work a five-day set schedule.
• Strong leadership skills and mentoring experience.
• Proven track record of developing people and growing sales as a multi-unit leader.
• Enthusiastic, positive, and driven.
• Enjoys a fast-paced environment.
• Adaptable to new processes and systems.

Responsibilities

• Work side by side your restaurant leaders in your assigned area.
• Spend 2-3 days at a time in a restaurant providing direction and feedback for leadership team.
• Support all assigned restaurant leaders in hitting targets for sales, labor, and food cost.
• Cultivate a culture of positivity and gratitude within the team.
• Build a bench of future leaders.
• Work with Talent Mentors to ensure proper staffing levels for all assigned restaurants.
