Job summary

Cafe Zupas, a growing restaurant concept, is seeking a District Manager to lead operations across multiple locations in the Schaumburg area. You will work closely with restaurant leaders, provide direction, and help drive sales, labor, and food cost targets while maintaining a culture of positivity.

You should have 2-5 years of multi-unit leadership, a proven ability to mentor teams, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of multi-unit leadership experience.
• Available to work a five-day set schedule.
• Strong leadership skills and experience mentoring a team.
• Proven track record of developing people and growing sales as a multi-unit leader.
• Enthusiastic, positive, and driven.
• Enjoys a fast-paced environment.
• Adaptable to new processes and systems.

Responsibilities

• Work side by side with restaurant leaders in your assigned area.
• Spend 2-3 days at a time in a restaurant providing direction and feedback for leadership team.
• Support all assigned restaurant leaders in hitting targets for sales, labor, and food cost.
• Cultivate a culture of positivity and gratitude within the team.
• Build a bench of future leaders.
• Work with Talent Mentors to ensure proper staffing levels for all assigned restaurants.
